Keywords are the main terms you want to track across social media platforms. They define what conversations and posts we monitor for you. For example, if you sell project management software, your keywords might be “project management”, “team collaboration”, or “task tracking”.
What are variables?+
Variables are reusable values you define for your suggested replies and DMs. They include custom variables like your calendar link, support email, pricing page, or promo codes, plus system variables like {{author}} and {{platform}}. Use them in your messages as {{variable_name}} to personalize responses automatically.

Historically 50 to 400 qualified leads per 1,000 posts. Actual results vary by keyword quality and source density.
Do unused credits carry over to the next billing cycle?+
No, unused credits do not carry over to the next billing cycle. They expire at the end of each billing cycle.
What is your refund policy?+
We provide free trial credits to evaluate the product. Because credits are consumable, purchases are non‑refundable.
